Description

The new FINE-MEP (v.19) BIM generation is here with a total code restructure based on the ODA-Teigha libraries and a 64bit Architecture to ensure unrivaled performances on the display engine and the open/save & read/write functions. FINE-MEP 19 comes with a rebranded interface including Ribbon menus, a sophisticated property panel, enhanced dialogs for the BIM entities and widespread use of grips. Besides it provides maximum interoperability with every BIM application (i.e. Revit, Archicad etc) and seamless integration among the FINE-MEP verticals, as well as with IDEA and FineGREEN. Among a series of advanced modelling features, FINE-MEP 19 includes a) new BIM objects (i.e. walls of any shape) and their quick editing due to the extended property panel in conjunction with the filter selection and the use of grips, b) an intelligent building level/floor manager, c) a clash detection controller while designing the HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical networks, d) smart generators (i.e. to create the detailed 3D realistic air-duct model according to Ashrae guidelines), e) a real time 3D sizing of the heating/cooling units considering also the manufacturers’ data, f) a parametric design of underfloor heating systems of any pattern, g) a high quality fast rendering to create realistic views of both, the building shell and the MEP installations within the 3D architectural model and many others.
