Carlson Precision 3D software is suitable for creating and editing digital terrestrial models or Digital Terrain Model (DTM). DTM is a three-dimensional model of the earth’s surface that holds the X, Y, and Z coordinates of a particular region of the earth. In this model, all land features, including lakes, rivers, border lines and other heights are considered. Due to all the features of the Earth, DTMs offer a very accurate model of the Earth’s surface, and programs such as Carlson Precision 3D are designed specifically for 3D display of these models. The three-dimensional model of these complications provides engineers with very good information.
