Description

It is a modular application for analyzing the manufacturability of parts obtained by sheet punching and optimizing the cutting of metal tape. FormingSuite consists of modules united by a simple standard interface for designers, technologists, and rate-setters.

The Progressive Die Process module makes it more user-friendly and offers enhanced 2D scrap processing, new developments in pilot hole generation, and improvements to stretch webs. New features also have been added to ProcessPlanner Line Die Plan and FASTIncremental.

You work with graphics tools and get the results in 3D or detailed reports and information tables. Projects are built as a module-driven modules, so you can change the module at any project stage. This app gives you advanced features that you may not have seen in similar programs or have not been appropriately implemented.
